Due to the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council 2016/679 of 27 April 2016), we would like to inform you about the processing of your personal data by us.

  1. The administrator of your personal data (hereinafter: “Administrator”) is MOTO BUDREX Sp. z o. o., based in Bydgoszcz. Administrator’s address: MOTO BUDREX Sp. z o. o., 85-438 Bydgoszcz, ul. Grunwaldzka 291, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs kept by the District Court in Bydgoszcz, 13th Commercial Division of the National Court Register, under number 0000102424.   2. Personal data is processed on the basis of art. 6 sec. 1 pp. b GDPR, i.e. based on the necessity of processing to perform the sale and delivery agreement of the purchased products or the provision of a service in the automotive service.
  3. Personal data is processed on the basis of art. 6 sec. 1. pp. e) GDPR, i.e. based on necessity processed for purposes resulting from legitimate interests pursued by the administrator or a third party – informing about new products, sending an offer by electronic means. If the data subject does not consent to this form of communication, please inform your sales manager.
  4. The recipients of personal data may be banks, leasing and factoring companies, insurance companies, courier companies – depending on the type of contract or the method of purchase and the type of purchased products and services.
  5. Personal data will be processed for the period necessary to achieve the purpose of processing – depending on the products and services purchased, point 2, i.e. for a period of 5 years from the end of the last transaction or the request of the data subject to stop processing – point 3.
  6. The administrator processes personal data to the extent that they are necessary to achieve the goals set out in point. 2, 3 – depending on the type of products and services purchased.
  7. The controller does not process special categories of personal data or personal data related to criminal convictions and violations of the law or related security measures.
  8. The administrator does not profile personal data.
  9. Personal data is protected in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data.
  10. In connection with the processing of your personal data, you have the right to request the Administrator to access your personal data, rectify it, delete or limit processing or the right to object to the processing, as well as the right to transfer data and file a complaint to the supervisory authority.
