In connection with the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016), we inform you about the processing of your personal data.
- The Controller of your personal data (hereinafter referred to as the “Controller”) is MOTO BUDREX Sp. z o. o., with its registered office in Bydgoszcz. - Personal data are processed on the basis of Article 6 paragraph 1 subparagraph b of the GDPR, i.e. based on the necessity of processing for the performance of the sales contract and delivery of purchased products or the provision of a service at an automotive service center.
- Personal data are processed pursuant to Article 6, Section 1, Subsection e) of the GDPR, i.e., based on the necessity of processing for purposes arising from the legitimate interests pursued by the controller or a third party – informing about new products, sending offers electronically. If the data subject does not consent to this form of communication, please inform your sales representative.
- The recipients of personal data may be banks, leasing and factoring companies, insurance companies, courier companies – depending on the type of contract concluded or the method of purchase and the type of products and services purchased.
- Personal data will be processed for the period necessary to achieve the purpose of processing – depending on the products and services purchased, point 2, i.e. for a period of 5 years from the completion of the last transaction or the data subject’s request to discontinue processing – point 3.
- The Administrator processes personal data to the extent necessary to achieve the purposes specified in points 2 and 3 – depending on the type of products and services purchased.
- The Controller does not process special categories of personal data or personal data relating to criminal convictions and violations of law or related security measures.
- The Administrator does not profile personal data.
- Personal data are protected in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data.
- In connection with the processing of your personal data, you have the right to request from the Controller access to your personal data, their rectification, erasure or restriction of processing, or the right to object to the processing, as well as the right to transfer data and to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.
