The history of Moto Budrex dates back to 1989, when the Kuligowski family was united by a passion for the automotive industry and entrepreneurship. From a small, family-owned company, over the course of over 30 years, we have built a strong, recognizable brand in the automotive, tire, and distribution industries – both in Poland and across European markets.

Today, the second generation is actively involved in the development of Moto Budrex , ensuring high service standards and the dynamic development of the company.

Thanks to our extensive sales network, professional service, and a team of experienced specialists, we have established ourselves as a solid and reliable partner in the automotive and tire industries.

Moto Budrex is founded by the Kuligowski family, whose ambition from the outset was to create a modern company with the potential for long-term development.

1989

1998

Expansion into foreign markets and intensive development of tire distribution. Moto Budrex becomes one of the largest players in the tire industry in Europe.

Expansion of the retail network, creation of modern automotive centers offering comprehensive vehicle service.

2003

2007

Establishment of Moto Budrex Auto – an authorized Hyundai car dealership, which opens up new development opportunities for the company in the automotive industry.

Establishment of Moto Mar, a company developing online sales and OE customer service, including military ones.

2009

2015

Construction of a modern Logistics Center in Szubin, with an impressive 44,000 m² of warehouse space. This is a milestone in the development of logistics and distribution.

Digitalization of business – development of modern online sales platforms for business (B2B) and individual (B2C) customers.

2016

2018

Expanding the offer with private labels – starting the production of rims under our own brand and introducing exclusive tires.

The next stage of development – expansion of the sales network, work on our own B2C online store and a modern B2B platform that responds to the needs of a dynamic market.
